Victoria Sayenko MA, LPC, CAADC
Therapist & Certified Addictions Therapist
Many clients arrive in therapy feeling weighed down by self-doubt, past hurts, or the sense that they should already be “further along.” They feel stuck in cycles of overwhelm, shame, or relational tension, unsure how to move forward.
I work with adults and couples to uncover self-belief and shift the patterns that keep them from living fully. Using an Internal Family Systems–informed approach, I help clients explore the parts of themselves that feel broken while also reconnecting with the parts that carry strength and resilience.
When working with me, clients leave therapy with renewed clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of self to move forward in life and relationships.

“Dogs are not our whole life, but they make our lives whole.” — Roger Caras
My dogs play a big role in my life. They bring me joy, laughter, and a reminder to be present in the moment. Caring for them has taught me about patience, unconditional love, and the importance of slowing down to enjoy life’s simple comforts.
