Job description:

Premier Wellness Center is looking to hire a licensed or associate Mental Health Therapist that specializes in working with youth (Under 18yrs) to join our team. As a Contract Mental Health Therapist, you will have the freedom to set your own hours and work remotely, providing virtual counseling services to youth seeking support for various mental health challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with youth and possibly hold sessions with their families, in a virtual environment.

• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in meeting client appointments and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

• Current licensure or Associate in Mental Health (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) in Pennsylvania.

• Current Professional Liability Insurance or willingness to obtain coverage prior to starting

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing therapy to youth and/or families.

• Ability to provide clearances and pass a criminal background check

• Proficient in conducting virtual therapy sessions using secure online platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients remotely.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.

• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace conducive to virtual therapy sessions.

As a Contract Therapist, you will have the freedom to set your own hours and work remotely, providing therapy services to individuals seeking support for various challenges associated with anxiety and OCD symptomology.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals and couples, in a virtual environment.

• Assess clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique circumstances, including the utilization of the evidence-based strategies of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure response prevention (ERP).

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability in meeting client appointments and deadlines.

Requirements:
