Taking the first step to start therapy can feel like you’re standing at the base of a mountain without a map. Most of us may feel overwhelmed by the thought of starting the process and unsure of where or how to begin. If your mind is consumed with anxious thoughts or out of control emotions, or you seem to get stuck in a cycle of constant worry, I can help you find peace. Together we will bring more meaning to your life, and you will move forward with the skills in hand to withstand future emotional storms and sticky thoughts.
As an art therapist, I offer a space where creativity becomes a path to self-understanding and healing. I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches to accommodate each client’s unique experience and needs, in order to reach their individualized goals for therapy. In working with me, I will prioritize you and our working relationship to ensure a safe, welcoming environment.
