Past experiences and relationships can make it difficult to trust the therapeutic process or feel confident opening up. It can be difficult to find a therapeutic space where they feel truly safe, understood, and free from judgment.
I am committed to creating a comfortable, judgment-free environment grounded in empathy, presence, and active listening. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship and use a flexible, integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals.
The goal is for you to leave feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more confident about handling whatever’s next. In working with me, you will feel seen, heard, and valued as we explore the experiences that have shaped you. With consistent support and a strong therapeutic connection, I am able to meet you where you are today, so that you can move forward in your mental health journey with greater clarity and confidence.
