It is completely normal for parents to feel overwhelmed and anxious when their child is struggling with mental, emotional, or social challenges. The process of starting therapy can be intimidating, filled with worries about finding the "right" type of support and entrusting your vulnerable child to a stranger, all while desperately hoping for a resolution.

My approach is to meet your family exactly where you are, fostering respectful and trusting relationships in a safe space where everyone's experiences can be explored. I prioritize an individualized approach, creating a personalized treatment plan that leverages strengths and interests. With over 20 years of experience incorporating diverse modalities like play, art, and mindfulness therapies, the focus is on taking small, manageable steps toward larger life goals.

The goal is a nurturing, fun, and safe environment where I join you on your journey, offering genuine support and guidance. Success is measured by you and your family feeling empowered and capable, equipped with a personalized "toolbox" of coping skills, decision-making strategies, and emotional regulation techniques to navigate future challenges.
