A lot of people come to therapy feeling stuck — like they should be doing better but can’t quite figure out why they feel so off. Anxiety, depression, or past experiences can make everyday life feel heavier than it should.
I use a combination of traditional talk therapy and creative approaches (like music therapy) to help people make sense of what’s going on and start feeling more like themselves again. My sessions are laid-back and collaborative — no pressure to have it all figured out, no judgment, and no therapy clichés.
The goal is for you to leave feeling a little lighter, a little clearer, and a little more confident about handling whatever’s next.
