Navigating life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, especially when anxiety, trauma, or daily stressors get in the way. Many of the people I work with struggle with severe anxiety and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms. Anxiety has a way of shaping how we see the world, how we relate to others, and how we experience everyday life. I specialize in helping individuals who are struggling with managing their anxiety to take back control over their thoughts in order to live more freely.
For many, anxiety and OCD can result in feelings of being “stuck” or unable to fully engage with life. It can show up in anxiety, depression, agitation, and intrusive thoughts. If you’ve been living with anxiety or OCD, you may feel disconnected from the world around you, like you’re constantly on edge, or unable to experience the peace and joy you once had. Whether the anxiety has been with you your whole life, or it has gotten worse over the years, it’s never too late to take back the power over your thoughts.
I utilize an individualistic approach throughout the therapeutic process to accommodate each client’s unique experience, needs, and goals for therapy. I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment and value the importance of the therapeutic relationship so that you can move forward with ease.
